Who is Trees for Life?
We are a small group of people in Wichita, Kansas who have come together to serve. In our service we demonstrate that when a small group of people can lock their mind in unity -- miracles happen. Trees for Life is a non-profit organization that does not give hand-outs -- we serve the poor around the world where they do things for themselves.
Books for Life is our educational branch that introduces children to the joy of reading and learning.

How are funds distributed?
Books for Life provides the funds to our Field Partners by aggregating the funds from all contributing donors. The Field Partners then use the Books for Life funds to backfill the grant they may have already disbursed for the Library. Funds are aggregated to increase the purchasing power to receive the largest discounts for book purchases.
Are the donations tax-deductible?
Contributions to Books for Life an educational branch of Trees for Life International, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible. For computing income and estate taxes -- please consult your Accountant.
