A Wichita man recently donated 1,500 Little Golden books from his collection to Books for Life for the “Teach the World to Read” Book Drive. The books are in wonderful condition and are a very generous donation to spread literacy. Originally the books were developed to do just that, spread literacy at an affordable price. Many of the first books published in the 1950’s were only 25 cents !
